In this position of a  Property Administrator - Malta, you will be  reporting to the Real Estate Team Manager
Your responsibilities will be to contribute to providing a first-class client experience whilst focusing on increasing property sales, lettings and property management services.
This role will involve building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with both internal and external clients.
You will be called to advise clients on the Malta property market and assist them through the purchasing process. In addition, you will manage all client needs whilst they are in Malta and will liaise with consultants, agencies, advisors and property developers.

Skill-sets and Requirements

You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both Maltese, English and be able to build and maintain high-level relationships.
Selected candidates will hold a clean driving licence.
Candidates must  have a strong customer relations background
You must be attentive to detail, have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and possess the ability to positively influence.
Experience in property management or a similar environment would be an asset
